  1. To explore what it would be like to leave behind the personal limitations that you take into every situation you're in, limitations that steal the magic, amazement, and awe from your life.
  2. To figure out how your limitations relate to the person that you have chosen to be. Let this exercise awaken you to the amazing things that would be possible if you were a less restricted person.
  3. To determine which parts of yourself are essential to your integrity and to your core, and which parts of yourself are limitations that you don't need.
